Yesterday we go for lunch at this beautiful palace, first we have freshly brewery's 🍺 than had a wonderful Indian and Thai food, it's really amazing food and the service staff also awesome, particularly Mr. Sukhwinder who Tell us about the property and show the property , during the service or visiting he is very friendly and helpful and excited ( great staff )......

I was just passing through and slept over in this hotel, in this city not for tourist. The hotel is adjacent a club house with loud music but at 11.30 pm everything was shut down. No breakfast. Room almost clean but full of mosquitos. No hot water for a shower but this is a local standard. Fares acceptable.

This hotel is located in the main market of Ambala hence it always noisy. Rooms were not that great. Needs maintenance of all the room. Hotels Bar is very good and the roof top restaurant is the main attraction of this hotel. Food is ok.

This hotel is situated at right location near to Bus stand and railway station but really not worth of the money you pay. Rooms are not hygienic at all. You can see the wall plaster falling on floor. Curtains are smelly and so is blankets. The bathroom floor is wet due to leakage in taps. Washrooms are really pathetic and not at all of the level of hotel. Staff is very careless in their duties. At check in they forgot to give my original ID card. At checkout they asked me to pay full amount though I already paid room rent in advance by make my trip. When I said that they said yes it is paid then they told me the pending amount of room services without presenting a bill but I paid and left. Whiile I was in train coming back to Delhi, the staff called me and messaged me on whats app that they forgot to add Rs 215 for a item and in matter of 5 to 10 minutes multiple calls and messages and I then immediately paid via paytm but a horrible experience. Not worth of staying at all.
